Used Parts
The Diesel Depot offers many used engine components for sale; many are hard-to-find or more costly at the local parts store or OEM dealer. Below you'll find a brief listing of some items; if you don't see what you're looking for, contact us.
6.5L Serpentine
Serpentine Belt and accessory setups that were used with 6.5 non-turbo p-vans. These serpentine accessory belt setups can make a great upgrade for 80's chassis vehicles equipped with V-belt accessories. There may be some alteration necessary.
6.5L Injection Lines
Frequently when upgrading a set of cylinder heads on a 6.2L engine to 6.5 heads new injection lines are needed to maintain proper alignment with the new injector angle in the heads. By replacing your existing 6.2L lines with these 6.5L MFI lines you can eliminate bending and modifying your lines. The 6.5L MFI lines also feature a slightly larger Diameter line.
These lines will come complete with:
- The Lines
- Rubber Isolators (near the pump, not intake)
- Brackets hat mount over the valve covers.
- Timing Adapter, if needed for type of line.
6.5L Throttle Bracket
This is the throttle bracket that attaches to the side of a DB2 Injection pump commonly used on Mechanically Injected 6.2 & 6.5L Diesels. This bracket can also be used to cut and modify when installing Dual Thermostats on an and early 6.5 or 6.2 application. The bracket will have the square throttle cable receiver on the top, verses the round.
6.5L Non-Turbo Exhaust Manifolds
Exhaust manifolds from 6.2 & 6.5 non-turbo engines that were in p-van service trucks for use with engines with missing or damaged manifolds. These manifolds are the same manifold as used on early 6.2L engines in 80's chassis. These manifolds would be great to accompany a military Hummer engine that was purchased surplus without manifolds. These manifolds would also serve to replace the factory Hummer headers in order to properly fit these engines into other chassis.
6.2L Air Cleaners
These are air cleaner housings that can be used on an engine to create a custom intake system, or to serve as the primary filter on a surplus government Hummer engine purchased.
