The Diesel Depot can install your new engine in your vehicle. More commonly referred to as an Engine R & R, or Engine Removal and Replacement.

Porting of cylinder heads isn't limited to the diesel engines that we specialize in. The Diesel Depot can also offer this service during the remanufacture of your cylinder heads, for your specific project. There are three types of port work that we can provide:

• Gasket Matching
• Gasket Matching with Blending
• Porting, with bowl work

The application of ceramic coatings to various components in the engine that are subjected to the extreme temperatures in the combustion chamber can help extend the life of any engine. High Temperature ceramic coatings can be applied to a number of components.

For example:

• Matched Length
• New Wrist Pin Bushing, bored to size.
• Resized Bearing End.
• Assembled With New Rod Bolts & Nuts.

External components of an engine can also be coated with another ceramic product for it's insulating and rust-inhibiting properties.

This product can be used on:

• Exhaust Manifolds
• Headers
• Turbo Downpipes & Crossovers

The Diesel Depot has in house balancing machinery to properly balance the rotating assembly of a number of engines.
